The Just Be You program has been an incredible journey! Each class encouraged me to delve deeper through thought-provoking journey (legend) mapping and exercises. Things I had not thought of and did not realize had an impact on my life, I was able to have meaningful reflection and mindfulness. The course provided practical tools that were very instrumental in the process. Whether it was daily affirmations, personality tests or journaling prompts, I felt so equipped to unlock what God had hidden in my heart. Thank you, Tonia, for creating such a meaningful program!! It has not only challenged me but has inspired me to truly become a better version of myself, leaving a beautiful mark on my journey. I look forward to continuing this path of self-discovery.
